Andrew is the sole shareholder in Marsh & Irwin Ltd.

Andrew was brought up on a dairy farm north of Waiuku and consequently has a strong rural background.  He has been valuing lifestyle properties throughout the district.  From 2007 when he first joined Marsh & Irwin, he has been doing farm valuations in the wider Franklin / North Waikato region, including acting for a number of clients in their negotiations with Transpower for the purchase and/or compensation relating to the proposed Whakamaru-Otahuhu 440KVA transmission line.  Andrew has also specialised in some of the more intensive farming activities, eg broiler poultry units, glasshouses and orchards.
